Brent House Hotel New Orleans, New Orleans

The Brent House Hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with complete amenities like a full-size fridge, fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, and a dinette. Though the location is very clean and nicely maintained with live plants, I was surprised it was attached to a hospital. The service was pleasant, with friendly staff who went out of their way to assist, but lacked information on local transport and parking options. Dining was a bit of a letdown, with noise issues and missing essentials like knives and coffee cups; breakfast was not as expected. However, the hotel does have a range of services like dry cleaning, housekeeping, and shops for added convenience.

The hotel was more than I expected. The rooms were decent for the price but had some unexpected incidents like items moving mysteriously. The location made it easy for me to visit a family member at Ochsner Hospital, but it's far from attractions if you don't have a car. The dining was delicious but a little overpriced. The service was helpful and accommodating for multiple appointments near check-out time.
